The aim of Motivate! Health and Fitness is to motivate and inspire people to take action in improving their bodies through good nutrition and smarter exercise.

The Motivate! plan involves a personalized exercise programme to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscle resistance, and flexibility. The exercises are functional and practical requiring little or no equipment and are prescribed to suit your body and your life.

For the first 3 months a weekly session is recommended, during which time I will teach you the skills and knowledge on how best to take care of your body. After this ‘kickstart’ period it’s up to you on how you proceed. You can continue with the weekly sessions- this is great if you like variety and spontaneity in your exercise programme. Or you can ‘go it alone’ and, armed with your specially designed programme and your newly developed skills, you continue on your fitness journey with just a monthly update from me to ensure you continue to get the results you deserve.
